Description
This exeptionnal Whole duck foie gras is made in Perigord, south west of france, in Bergerac.
It’s made from garantied duck raised outdoor in France and fed with non GM corn and no antibiotics.
Serve 4/6 people.
Foie gras can be accompanied with a sweet white wine as Sauternes, Monbazillac… but a young and round red wine, like Bergerac would also be a good match
